Workout at Oceanside. We didnt really know how to do distance so we just calculated what our time would be and did repeats of that. So we did 4x4 min 1x2:22 min and 1x1:35 min it was really good. There are a lot of people at the beach so it wasn't super fun to navigate in and out of them. But I felt really strong and me, ell, and jos all did a really good job I think :) kept a nice pace. I was sad to leave cali cause I had so much fun with my fam and with my best friends (jos and ell) so many good memories were made. Love spending time with people that make me happy. |
