Man good run today. We did our work out in the morning due to some conflicts this afternoon. We had 2x1000 at CV 4x400 at 1600 and 4x200 at 800 pace. Really strong workout for me. My shin was really throbbing this morning. But running faster made it feel much better. Kinda shook it out I think. Going to the chiropractor again today. Hopefully it continues to feel better!
