am-good run. Feeling good pm-15 min progressive tempo at the dirt mile. SOOOOOO good. I've gained a lot of confidence over these past few days. I was able to fight really strong today. The last minute was rough kinda sad I didn't finish completely with the pack but overall a super great workout where we were able to pack together really strong :) it was a great day.
