am-hill run. man I was really worried about this run. hills have never been my strength but I know it's because I tell myself that I am not good at hills. As we were going up I kept falling further behind. Robs being the greatest coach kept coming back for me. I felt so bad honestly (cause ya know I was going so slow) but as we got talking I was able to pick up my pace and push aside the pain. or I guess embrace it. Before I knew it we were back at camp. I'm so ready for this year. I'm ready to improve individually and honestly do my best. This xc camp was one for the books. I loved every minute. I'm so glad I met/got to know people better. This team is memorable and we are going to do so many crazy awesome things. I 100% believe that. Thanks to everyone who made this year the best. 55 min |
