Morning workout. 2x800, 4x400, and 4x100. It was a very quick workout. My 800s were fine. I was in the range. The 400s were a lot rougher. My 3rd one was my best rep of the whole workout. The 100s flew by really fast. By the end my shin felt really actually quite good. Didn't really bother me. also good to see Rob's again. Afternoon run with my dad. Had an appointment and I shouldn't have to go back as long as I keep taking care of myself :) that's pretty great news! |
