Nice day. Perfect for running. I helped all day to prep for our meet. It was a lot of fun! I like helping cause it gets my mind off everything ;) anyways we did a nice warm up and just chilled. The race was really good! Me and Ellie were in the second heat of girls so that was fun! I started out pretty strong my second lap was good and I hit a really strong surge.
