Feet and lower legs were sore today.  Think I need to run on trails and grass more.

Rode 90 minutes on stationary bike. HR around 130 and RPM's around 95.

Felt really good today, lots of friendly people out walking and jogging. I was planning to run at around 7:15 or easy pace but felt like it was too slow. Probably because I didn't run yesterday.

Did five miles in 32:54.

Miles were:

6:52, 6:36, 6:36, 6:43, 6:07.

Average pace of 6:35.

Rode stationary bike for 60 minutes.  Did 4 x 2:30 intervals during the ride.

Afterwards, did 3 rounds of 5 minute MMA / Boxing training using the Perfect Punch.

Good shoulder and arm workout, highly recommended cross training.

Check it out at www.perfectpunch.org.

Ran an easy 10k.  My legs felt a little sore from the sprints yesterday, luckily they warmed up after a few minutes.

I bought crocs yesterday. I was intrigued after learning that people were running in them.

I wore them today and enjoyed it, I will make it a part of my routine.

Total time 42:51, 6:55/ave
