This morning we ran a 7 miler with 2 mile tempo. The run out seemed a lot longer than the run back. I felt pretty good most of the run, that monster hill killed me on the way back with the tempo but other than that it was a good run and I felt like I had a good pace! This afternoon we ran the same ole 3 miler and did weights and all that good stuff. I felt really good, kind of getting used to the dry heat but it's been a good running day!
