Usual three in the morning.. legs feeling a little tight, throat kind of sore. For the afternoon it was repeat day. We had 4X1000 and then 2X300 at our fast pace. I was looking for a 3:15 on my 1000's. My first was a 3:15, second was 3:14, third was 3:16 and fourth was 3:15. Next was our 300's, the first was a :41, the second one was a :44. They had full recovery in between so not too bad at all. The workout felt good, my throat didn't really bother me so it was a good day.
