Felt most excellent today. My achilles didn't hurt at all and I was planning on 5 but I was feeling so good I went with the rest of the team. Strength after which is going to hurt tomorrow cuz we did some weird squat things.
Overall fast run because I didn't wake up for practice so I ran to the park. Then a mile out and I saw Josh over near the park so I started going 5:10 pace back so I wouldn't have to run the 3.5 extra miles home. Felt good but sore from squats.
