Did not feel good. During the workout my shins were hurting as well as my lungs. My back was also hurting but I think that was just some weird thing that will go away. Ran 400 600 800 600 400 400. Ran 65, 1:40, 2:18, 1:44, 68, 74. Didn't do the other two 400's cuz I was feeling so terrible.
10x400 meter workout. I didn't think I would be able to finish with them all under 70 but I managed. I hit 68, 67, 67, 66, 67, 67, 66, 65, 65, 69. Was really rough. Really cold ice bath after.
