Eh meet.  Did the mile and did not feel good, my breathing was weird, my left hamstring tightened up on the last 400 and my right thigh was killing from where dom kneed me.  I guess it was a good warm-up cuz it loosened me up for the 800 in the medley.  warmed up 2 miles, plus did some strides, then got ready to get the baton from dom.  The sprinters did ok, they could have done much better though, Ty thinks that they could have dropped at least 3 seconds with the 200's.  I got the baton took off, came through 200 in 28, then went around with casey right on my tail and came through in 57.  The tried to follow casey but my leg cramped up so I backed off. That 200 was way slow, a 35.  But then was able to kick it back at the end and finish with a 28.  2:00.  My coach and dad had me at a low 2:00 so I was happy. Also we qualified for state with 3:37.

Shout out to Watson cuz I finally met her. She's a pretty cool person for the like 30 seconds that I met her for. And shoutout to casey for doing a 1:52 for his 800 split.
