Tough day,  lol forgot we had a workout so went home and ate some cookies.  Got back did a warmup and we did 12x400.  Hit 67, 67, 66, 67, 65, then went to the bathroom so I missed this next one.  Then 64, 65, 64, 64, 68, 63.  Haha, my stomach was destroyed on the last two but I had a killer last 100 which I passed 3 people on the last interval which coach said we could pick it up a bit.  Also used my Pegasus cuz my shins were starting to hurt so I was worried that it might be the shoes.  

Shout out to the birthday boy Connor Baller!!! 

Also, going for Asa's legendary status, I'll let you know when I accomplish it.
