Today I ran with the JV kids cuz my coach wants me slowly getting more mileage cuz we don't know what is wrong with me. I had to led the JV kids and I went 7:30 pace cuz I picked up some of the kids in the back multiple times. It was good. Tomorrow I'm hoping I'll be able to go up to the varsity group. I just want to get better. We did a few planks but nothing much. I'll probably do some more abs and core stuff later today.
