Today I ran with American Fork because we needed to discuss the details of Ragnar.  It was fun.  They have a weird run style.  They start out really slow.  Then they pick it up for a bit. Then at 3 miles we stopped stretched and then their coach went off before us.  Then we ran and we picked up the speed a lot.  That is definitely not my style of running.  I just decided to keep a decent speed pace today what I was supposed to do.  I'm excited to run with AF for Ragnar.

I also got new shoes which was exciting.  They are heavier than my other ones so they will take a while to get used to but they feel good.

it's all about negative splitting... That kind of run would make cense, because they are masters at negative splitting.

It does make sense but it was really crazy. It feels a lot different then our runs.
