'Twas quite a day.  At school first two classes we just watched movies, Forrest Gump, and What about Bob?, then the next class my teacher just went on and on about some crazy boring chemistry.  Then 4th we had a spanish verb tense and form quiz with a bunch of crazy things so it was annoying.  Then went out to the track and chilled and watched a bunch of guys race really well.  Then warmed up a mile and a half pretty slow for the 800.  Did a lot of strides, then went to the line.  My breathing was weird but once the race got started it felt pretty good.  Ran first part just chilling probably about in 10th.  Then with 400 to go I went into striking distance to the leaders,  but still in 6th.  Then tried to get up with 200 left but was trapped til a saw a small gap right on the inside which I took then kicked it in.  Ran a 1:57.58 so a 4.5 second season open 800 PR, and a 3 second overall PR from last season.  Cooled down 3.5 on the grass barefoot cuz I got some nasty blisters from my spikes.  200 splits went 28, 29, then I presume 31, then I think 28.

Shout out to Connor who qualified in the 800, then Jamison, Justin and Collin in the mile today.  And also big shout out to Adam Wood, who ran 4 events and basically went 1st in the 3200 2nd (by his 800 split in the medley), 3rd in the mile, and 4th in the 800, which is pretty insane so congrats to him!
