Good time.  3 mile warmup then a 68 second 400.  Then we did an all out 400. I ran 56 flat.  Justin won with a mid-high 55. Craik with a high 55. Then me right after.  It was a good time.  after did an 800 and ran 70 for the first lap then 65 for the last.  Then cooled down on golf course, then barefoot on the grass.  Good time today.  Talked to Jamison about his recruiting trip to weber and it sounds like a nice college so I'll definitely be thinking of it when applying to colleges.  Also would be a good time running with Jamison, Galen, CBaller, and Dallin Leatham in college and it sounds like they will be raging good.
