Had scheduling so ran later with Steven. We did middle spring, the first 3 miles were death, but after that it felt really easy. We got up to 7.15 then we stretched and steven drove home and I was gonna go home but when I passed by the high school, I decided to go do a few speed things. Did 4x100 at 14 seconds a piece, then 2x200, at 29 seconds a piece, hit them perfect except last 200 went 28. Arms were kind of tired but twas fun throwing in some actual speed. Then cooled down just over a mile.
