Had AP Psych test today so I couldn't run with the team.  Then I biked down to PG to watch the meet for a bit, then ran .5 miles with tyler and .5 while cheering on the guys racing.  Then biked back (total bike was 11.82) and went straight to reffing. Then got 4.11 miles the first game and 2.84 the second.  Shins were hurting so I decided not to go on a specific run today and to ice them really well.
