4x600 hills plus 6x400's. Hills were raging fast. We normally do them right around 1:58 but today it was 1:52, 1:53, 1:48, 1:53. Then we ran to the track and did the 400's. hit 66, 66, 64, 65, 64,then 67. Pretty good workout today. Achilles was a little tight but nothing too bad. Iced after.
