53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
seven up in Murray. on the Murray trail near the jordan river. West niles was at my door step.
7 More on the Murray trail. Fought of a billion mosquitoes! Holy batman! West nile is spreading all over.
Dreadmill miles. I must of cought some sort of Big Bad Bug! Just not feeling well! I Hope to be feeling better tomorrow.

great 20 mile today. Felt pretty strong and comfortable. Need to work on the mental aspects a little more. Veyo Hill seemed to work out better today. Steve, Clyde and Dustin had a great run. The first part was kind of crappy!
