53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
ran 7 easy miles in the morning 3 later that night.
I woke up and met Mike and Dustin at the rec center! 5 am . it was a nice morning for a run and it is getting cooler and darker. We did our usual 5 mile tempo run. it felt ok. i was a little tight. avg 6:24 pace on tempo. a little slow.
18 miles begining at 4 am it is a dew day for sure!!!! clyde , Elmer, Steve.
