Decided today needed to be another recovery day.   so i just did an easy 6 miles.     I  am planning on doing some speed work tomorrow after work.   thinking of some yasso 800 s .    break   cereal,   lunch: turkey sandwich, chips. 64 oz sobe  diet.       dinner:  spagetti and a meat a ball.

The story for today: Mr. Yasso 800 and miss Buffet got together today.   It was love at first sight, but after one time around it was obvious that they had some major differences.  After two times around Mr. Yasso 800 got sick to His stomach just thinking of Miss Buffet.     It lasted a total of 3 minutes and 20 seconds and they both understood that they were clearly incompatible.   

I ended up doing 8 x 200 at the Dixie track.   2 mile warm up and then 2 mile cool down.       Pretty sore after words.  Left knee was not happy about the work out. 

Break :  cereal, lunch:   (God fathers Pizza) 5 plate’s pizza staked 4 high.  Potatoes salad, Mac salad.

I went to my spinning class this morning.   We did interval work outs. considered this a good change since i am a little sore from yesterday. Using the "Steve work out meter. "  I will call this  5 miles of running.  RAN 5 MORE TONIGHT

Met up with Steve and Luke at the running store.  We shared a few miles.    Ran a few new trails. and a new trail on the desert reserve. Fun trail.  Steve picked it up at the end and pushed us all.   having shin splint problems after the speed work on tuesday.   Still sore.

Ran with Dave, Dustin, Steve.   Feeling real sluggish.  We picked up the pace .  Clyde was lucky he was not there. he would of been  begging us to slow down. :):)    Dave looks ready for Boston.     Steve runs on gas power.  I think he will have to burn his running shorts.  We blazed a new trail out in the desert.  The sun about blinded me.  The glare alone almost stoped me in my tracks.
