There will be no retiring for you. haha. Hey Sat. morning 5:00. 2139W. 1465 N. SG. From Sunset go north on Dixie Downs Road. Turn left on 1465 N. the road is chewed up, they are getting ready to repave. Go through the stop sign, then watch out for the very large speed bump as you enter my neighborhood. My house is on the corner.I'm looking forward to a nice easy 18mi. We can stretch it out if you need to. call me if you have any questions. 680-1592

Hang in there Bull. Listen to your body you might want to back off just a little this week, if you are feeling sore. There are a few good articles in this month's Runner's World talking about tapering, aches and pains and things that tend to happen in the weeks leading up to the marathon.

Bull, maybe breaking the sound barrier beat you up a little on Sat. Lets take it nice and easy tomorrow. Is the Rec at 5 good for you? We will do more talking than running.

Sorry about the trashed body. Sometimes we have days like this. But tomorrow is a new day and you'll bounce back. Because of your fitness you'll bounce back.

Although try to get extra sleep.
