Hi Dave. Just living and counting the days until i can run again. Stress fracture in right foot. Doc said no running until thanksgiving. Are you running snow canyon? i am still doing some cross traning. trying to keep the weight off. I might run the 5k saturday with Robin.

Billy you will get arrested carrying around those "guns" in public. Don't you need a permit or something? You should come ride a bike with us during club runs and on Sat morning runs...
