We will call this an easy run.   the hardest part of this run was getting up at 4:30  and meeting the guys at Dave's home at 5 am.    James and a new guy named Nate Showed up. " Nate the great!"  When he took his shirt off i can see where he got his nick name!!!     i appreciate running with these fine tuned athletes it is a great honor!!!    We ran around quail resavior.

Good job Bull. My alarm went off at 4:30, then I got up went the bathroom and decided I would benefit more from a few more hours of sleep and probably less miles. It is now 9:30 and I'm going to go and do 9 miles, that will put me at 40 for the week, so kind of low, but not terrible for being on vacation. Hope to get back on schedule next week. I really need to have a good weeks in July, August, and the first part of September.

Good run this morning Billy. Your did get some faster running in but it was all that slowing down and waiting for me to catch up that turned it into an easy run. Easy for you, not so much for me.

Bull, nice week! By the way, no such thing as an easy run with the WILD BULL! Not buying it, lol.

Bill it is good to see that you are keeping your running partners honest! You are one fast/crazy runner. Good job on the "easy miles"
