Speed with Angela.  Spinning was fun.  However i am hashed.  I felt  very tired the whole work out.  legs feel like they want to fall off.  It was a good gut check this morning.  I was feeling prety tired and my nose was running and the wind was blowing and it was cold.  I decided to only run 6 miles tonight.   (Glycerin )

i love spinning- i have a bike @ home, but haven't been to an actual class for years! i miss it. what time is the one you go to?
