Met up with Steve and Mike at the dixie state track at 6 am. It was cold, my jaw was slapping and m teeth were grinding until i warmed up. I ran a 2 mile warm up then did 6-400 at 1:15 pace. then a two mile warm down.
Bill, welcome back! I missed your entries... you sure do have a way with images - "my jaw was slapping"! I just tried to imagine that, and started cracking up. Good luck in your winter training, it must be tough in cold and snow. I became such a wimp in London, I'm cold when it's low 40s!! You guys in Utah put me to shame.
My legs have almost fallen off a couple of times already!
