 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

I  went and seen April and she is well worth the money for the massage.   I feel so much better.   She told me that the back is often the point that hurts when you’re under a lot of stress.   She said particularly the left lower back represents female relationship problems.   What an eye opener.  No wonder I have been in so much pain this last year.  But now is the time to seize the day!  Looking for Miss Right!  Who wants a short over the Hill Runner!    Mike has committed me to beat a 3:00 hour Marathon this year.  So I guess I better get committed and make sure it happens.

APril is good isnt she, I saw her on tues night. I am a little bruised up today.

Well I aint Miss Right but now that Mike is out, I am pursuing someone to run on mon and wed mornings with me to do 8-10 mi, you up for it buddy?
