Seven miles on the track.  6x400.   with Steve O, and Steve H, and nickole.   I was very greatful we took it easy on the work out.  I very much dislike the track, runniing with friends made it easyer.

7 more Miles with Steve and Kendra.  Ran a couple of 800's with Kendra and Steve and a guy named Eric!    Kendra was rocking.

I might come over, I don't know with the Wasatch Back Relay on Friday, I really don't want to do any real fast stuff, maybe some 800s. Also my problem is I would have to turn around and come right back over at 9:00 for summer school, unless I find somewhere to shower.

Good running with you this morning. Make sure to take it easy tonight if you decide to go out.

I am so glad to know that you do not have to love the track to be a good runner! Blech. It's the spinach of all workout possiblities. Just choke it down and take a drink. Good job.
