Nice easy miles,   Started out slow. Had some pain in the knees so i stoped and walked a bit.  After a breaf walk, I started off  slow just trying to relax and concentrate on landing softley.  Enjoyed the sun shine.

Wednsday fun run with Bigfoot and Mustang,  1 mile on treadmill,   Avg  7:24 pace.   started out 8:19 pace ended with 6:45 mile.      Felt relaxed the entire run until the last mile, Struggled to keep the pace.   Knees locked up when i got home.  Iced for 20 minutes.   Struggling when pace gets around 7:00.     last four miles were closer to this pace.

Another day in the Bank.  Just trying to establish a pattern of getting out the door everyday.  It has been along time since i have tried to do this. I don't care about my pace  and i leave my GPS at home.    I am hoping to get the fire back and enjoy running again.  Seems like a chore right now.

Ran on the treadmill while watching the Thunder and Spurs do battle.   My goal is to run every day.  So Far so good.  Left knee was hurting  4 out 10 on the pain scale,

Easy monday is hard monday.  Nothing just rolls along anymore.  Takes alot to keep the body in motion.    Just working on form and keeping the feet from scuffing the ground. The Mayors loop is under contruction.  Ended up  on the trail to the Dinosour Muesum.  I wonder if they have a space for rent?

Never any easyer.  Decided to run a rout that i have not ran in awhile.   Took my GPS to keep track of the miles.   I had to walk a bit to get the legs loosend up.   a little painful at first.   I ran another 3 on the treadmill after work.

Ran with Bigfoot and Mustang.  every mile but one  was in the 7 minute range.  Avg 7:31 for the whole run.     Knees were not happy today.    Just a little tired.  Probably from running late last night.   Not enough rest between runs.

Late night bidding on some Supple.    Hoping it helps my knees.     Sarted out being a peacful run until Bigfoot decided to put Thors hammer down.   Very Humid and warm.    Felt labered. anything faster then 7 minute pace feels very forced right now.  I feel like a fat Klingon,  "Live long and proper my frinds.

Around the Airport Hill.   Ran an easy half mile with the Aaron and Hayden for there cool down.  Legs felt ok.   Still not much power but the running feels alittle easyer.

Ran with the guys today.  Bigfoot, Mustang and Cheesy Bottom Crust.  First 3 were all nice and easy.  Picked it up after that.   All under 7 minute pace for the next 6.

I had Cody drop me off from his work this morning. Sometimes i need to be droped off away from home to make me get the miles in.   Good tough run.  It is getting warm.    I still have no speed.  But of course i never had much speed anyway.   Knees not feeling hte best.

Nice morning for a run.  Walked a block to warm up the legs.    After that hings felt nice and smooth.   Knees feel a little sore. But i think the Supplement i am taking is making the pain much more managable.  Just trying to work on form and breathing.  Neather area is very good right now.

Nice miles today with the gang.  Bigfoot, Soggy Cheese Crust, Mustang and the Little Buddha.  5 A.M. around Sand Hallow.   Pace was easy most f the way with a few pick ups. Tough run with some hills.  I felt like a fish out of water with my breathing.   Other then that i enjoyed the entire run,   Ran with the Little Buddah the second half of the run.   I ran everyday this week. That is a big breakthrough for me.   The Supple supplement is really starting to make a difference, Knees are feeling muach better.

Bigfoot kept me going most of the time.  I was sucking wind most of the time.  Legs felt great the entire run.   

I think diet and eating really well over the weekend helps my with my energy.
