i wasn't sore, actually. but my quads were fatigued. good for you incorporating more x-training. i've been doing more of that too. it just makes sense for overall fitness & avoiding injuries. how'd the race go?
I posted this on mine - but in case you don't read it. No to Kanab, yes to CottonFest in Washington. Fam in town save time by racing locally and not driving (even though Kanab is a faster course, I hear)
