Went to the church to  meet a couple of guys to run an easy 20.   Only one showed up.  He only ran 15.    it was a nice morning.   Temps were a little cooler but i had to deal with a head wind the entire way.   Just ran a pretty even pace.  except for the last 4  where i picked it up a little.   Legs are very sore. Quads were sore before i started.  I was glad to get this run in even thow it was not one  of my best work outs.    avg pace 7:20      Ran by Steve Olsens wife.   As soon as i came upon her she identified her self as his wife!  we talked for about 1/2 mile then i moved on.  she is a very nice person.  I am not sure why i am so sore. Something must be going on with the body!

That's some serious miles. I would expect you should be sore after that.

Nice miles this week, especially for taking all last week off. I saw you running down the Hwy this morning, , , that headwind looked a little crazy, but you were speed demon-ing down the road! ya, I hate injuries, I've been super lucky so far, just this one, but you're right, maybe the time off will help kick butt in Ogden!
