Late night in running. started out at 8 pm. started at main and tab ran to 500 w down to 700 so down main to riverside. to river road. up formaster ridge hung a left on crestline drive. good hills here! back down to river road. down blvd, to tab and back to main and 100 south. felt good about the effort. will start tapering for 10 mile this weekend. Break. cereal, lunch. (chuck a ramma) 3 slabs of meat loaf, 2 scoops of potatoes and gravy, 4 spicy chicken legs, 4 scones, cin butter, noodles, bowl of ice cream, choc syurp, rasberry. nuts. I almost forgot orange chicken. Dinner chips and salsa. I think im full. |
