Ran wih Steve and a new person who's name escapes me at the moment. We ran into the desert reserve. Nice trail run. It has been awhile since i ran up that way. My ankles had a good work out. slightly twisted one. lots of rocks etc. Steve is awesome, and is almost as strong as a Bull. Steve and I were neck and neck the last mile. he turned and looked at me and smiled, then went by me like a jet passing a bye plane.
Break. Cereal, Banana. Lunch. 16 oz chocolate bar . Top roman, vegtables, egg. 64 ounces of water, 64 ounces sope diet one carb. Dinner: piece chicken, one piece pizza. and one therapist! Wow... what a ride!!
I decided that Dustin is right. I need to re evaluate my goals and work on obtaining more realistic times with my races etc. It is a good way to be happy with my running again. |
