Ran 10.05 miles at an overall 7:18 pace in 1:13.  It was 4 degrees outside in and snowing and blowing. I started at 8am and plowed through the street up to my standard Satterfield hill route.  I did the downhill miles at (6:26, and 6:28) not fast at all considering the conditions.

This morning it was 0 degrees outside so I knew it would be a UnderArmour cold gear day.  I got up way late at 7am and had a meeting at 9pm so I couldn't run very much.  I'm having some injury issue so it was good that I didn't run my normal distance.  My left heel is hurting the lateral collateral ligament  is kind of swellen and red behind my knee and it hurts to walk and run.  I'm not sure what to do about this.  My ribs are about 80%, and my hip is feeling much better from the fall on Saturday.

Anyway, I ran 5.4 miles at an overall 7:11 pace in 38:33 minutes.  My body is definitely the worst I can ever remember as far as all these issues.  I might just stick with 5 miles all week.

Didn't get a lot of sleep last night because of a problem at work (5 hours of sleep).  When I got ready to run the temperature was 13 degrees.  I was little concerned before running because of my heel hurting, and didn't know if running would make the discomfort worse.  On the run today I basically limped the last 6 miles home in pain.  The pain is on the back of my heel and side of my heel.  I believe I'm going to have to schedule a visit to the doctor, because I can't even walk now without hurting

 8.01 miles at a miserable 7:59 pace in 1:03.

Did the Arc Trainer for over an 1 hour for 6.1 miles according to the machine at Gold's Gym.  Heel didn't hurt as bad this morning.  The time off from outside running will hopefully help.  I'm not able to get into a foot doctor anytime soon so will see how it heals day to day.  It actually feels like it's getting better.

Did 7.5 miles running on the arc trainer for 110 minutes.  I did the hill interval routine and that was a good workout.  Then I did some core exercises and some bicep curls at the gym.  Heel is still experiencing pain, but not much.

I ran or did 6.2 miles on the Arc trainer in the gym.  It took 105 minutes for the first 6 miles.  My wife went with me.  The heel still does have discomfort, but tomorrow I'm going to try to run on it for the first time since Tuesday.  I'll only do 4 miles if it doesn't hurt.  Life busy today with Christmas shopping, Christmas Church play practice, and other general things.
