I did 4.3 miles on the Arc Trainer this morning at the gym. Last night I had a running buddy and chiropractor do a adjustment on my foot and also a Ultrasound treatment on my foot to detect a stress fracture. The treatment didn't recognize that I had a stress fracture, but the Chiropractor believes I've stretched my Calcaneofibular Ligament. I don't know for sure if that's the issue. I need to just get X-rays. If I stretched the ligament than its going to take time to heal.
He did give me a Stressburg sock for free to see if that fixes the problem. But than again that's probably not the issue. Lunch: Did my standard sit-ups and push-ups. My heel is hurting worse now than it ever has. Bascially the pain seems to be on the side of my heel not the bottom, but on both sides of it. I thinks that's where the ligaments might be over-stressed. Who knows until I have it checked. I'm thinking of just taking a whole month off for running.
