Did 6.2 miles on the arc trainer in 65 minutes, then I wanted to see if I could run at least a 1 mile on the treadmill since the impact is softer.  I was in pain the whole 1.3 mile that I did.  My foot hurt all last night walking around dozens of stores doing Christmas Shopping.  The pain has seemed to get worse.  I'm done running and using the Arc trainer until I figure out what's going on.

I'm going to see my Chiropractor who's going to take X-Rays on my foot today at 11:30am to see what the problem is.

I hope that you are able to figure out what is going on with your foot. Probably a good idea to take some time off until you know for sure what the problem is. Have a great Christmas!

The X-ray did show some issues and my Chiropractor will refer me to a Orthopaedic surgeon on Monday. My Chiropractor isn't an expert foot doctor and can't really figure out the X-ray what the exact problem is. But there is something not quite right. He had to take three X-rays to make sure he was seeing the correct thing because it was weird from his observation.

The Orthopaedic Surgeon only works on Athletes, because of their desire to compete. He's actually worked on several NFL players. One player my Chiropractor mentioned was Warren Sapp. He's suppose to be very good and will get right to the issue and fix the problem, instead of telling you that you shouldn't run anymore like some would do.

I have a good attitude. Running is only a small element in my life. God is my life and that's enough.

Kory, I hope all turns out for you tomorrow. If not did Santa at least bring you a new foot on Thurs? I asked him for a new knee but wasn't quite on the good list this year :)... Good Luck!
