4.25 painful miles that I tried to run with the PF.  Very stupid but I thought things were feeling better.

Did 3.5 miles on the arc trainer and did some core exercises.  Foot/heel very sore and hurting.  I had my friend Chiropractor look at it and he said it's not PF.  He thinks it's a ligament being stretched or a stress fracture.  I'm going to go to my chiropractor tomorrow and have x-rays done.

I did 4.3 miles on the Arc Trainer this morning at the gym.   Last night I had a running buddy and chiropractor do a adjustment on my foot and also a Ultrasound treatment on my foot to detect a stress fracture.  The treatment didn't recognize that I had a stress fracture, but the Chiropractor believes I've stretched my Calcaneofibular Ligament.  I don't know for sure if that's the issue.  I need to just get X-rays.  If I stretched the ligament than its going to take time to heal.

He did give me a Stressburg sock for free to see if that fixes the problem.  But than again that's probably not the issue.

Lunch:

Did my standard sit-ups and push-ups.   My heel is hurting worse now than it ever has.  Bascially the pain seems to be on the side of my heel not the bottom, but on both sides of it.  I thinks that's where the ligaments might be over-stressed.  Who knows until I have it checked.

I'm thinking of just taking a whole month off for running.

Did 6.2 miles on the arc trainer in 65 minutes, then I wanted to see if I could run at least a 1 mile on the treadmill since the impact is softer.  I was in pain the whole 1.3 mile that I did.  My foot hurt all last night walking around dozens of stores doing Christmas Shopping.  The pain has seemed to get worse.  I'm done running and using the Arc trainer until I figure out what's going on.

I'm going to see my Chiropractor who's going to take X-Rays on my foot today at 11:30am to see what the problem is.

No running!  Spend the day with the family which was way more important.  Foot still has pain.

No running.  Foot still has pain on the side.  I'm trying to get an appointment with a podiatrist that I know is good around here.

Same as yesterday.  Just doing sit-ups and push-ups everyday about three times a day to keep some fitness.  I'm just happy to be alive and be with my family.
