Warm this morning in the 20's I believe.  I ran 8.31 at a 7:28 in 1:02.  I slept in this morning and didn't have time to do 10 like I wanted to.  I've been sore for a couple of days near the groin because of the extra bicycle sit-ups and push-ups I think.  I tried opening it up in the last mile and I pulled something in my groin trying to extend over some ice.  Very, Very sore.   I'll have to see if I can run tomorrow or even walk without a limp today.

Tonight:

Still sore in the groin area and don't know my status for tomorrow if I can even run.  Maybe I shouldn't run for the rest of the year and quit blogging.

30 degrees today.   12.22 miles at an overall 7:24 in 1:30.  The groin felt better but the foot is still bad and hurts worse when running down hill.   Downtime is coming soon for me I believe.

Ran 10.22 miles with Barry this morning.  Just a slow conversational pace 7:53.   28 degrees or something that felt like we were sunbathing.

Helping our church gift wrap present today for a fundraiser.  I just love wrapping its my highlight in life.  Later Christmas shopping!!! I didn't do enough online.

We ran into Bill Mandler at the end of our run.  He was headed out to finish his run.  He tried to caught us this morning but we couldn't hook up.  My fault I should have called him.  He's an awesome guy and great to have a conversation with.

Foot?

Evening

While My son and I were out and about shopping.  He wanted to sprint to the store every time we parked so I did so as well.  We parked about 100m's out every time and probably ran a mile with all the stores we went to.  But I'll only count 1/4 of a mile.
