Warm this morning in the 20's I believe.  I ran 8.31 at a 7:28 in 1:02.  I slept in this morning and didn't have time to do 10 like I wanted to.  I've been sore for a couple of days near the groin because of the extra bicycle sit-ups and push-ups I think.  I tried opening it up in the last mile and I pulled something in my groin trying to extend over some ice.  Very, Very sore.   I'll have to see if I can run tomorrow or even walk without a limp today.

Tonight:

Still sore in the groin area and don't know my status for tomorrow if I can even run.  Maybe I shouldn't run for the rest of the year and quit blogging.

Man, just when one things starts feeling better, something else starts to hurt on you! Hope the groin is nothing serious and you recovery quickly. Dude, I am telling you...your body is saying rest or cross train for a bit.

Hope your injury is nothing serious. Some groin injuries can be buggers.

Breaks are good, but for the right reason. I agree with Jeff you body is probably telling you something. But try and look at the rest/cross-training as part of what your body needs not as a punishment.
