Spend the rest of the day with my wife's brother who's down from Arizona.  We had a barbeque at my house.

Stayed up till after 1am last night and got up late so I only ran 6.42 miles at an overall 6:56 pace in 44:32 minutes.  Had to hurry to get to work on time, but I made it.   I did the last two miles a little faster (6:30, 6:04).

My brother-in-law leaves today back to Arizona.  It was a fun weekend.  I also took my brand new RV Trailer over to state trailers to have a Diamond Plate rock guard put on the front over the weekend.

Ran when the temperature was about 50 degrees and that felt perfect.  Late night again so just an easy lazy run with no training involved with the run.  11.23 miles at an overall 7:20 pace in 1:22.

I'm having a hard time getting to my blog anymore, because of events, work keeping me occupied.  I'm behind on everyone else's and don't know what training is going on.  I'm might have to just drop blogging because it's getting hard.

Did the Satterfield Hill loop going up and back down each right side street once I reached Satterfield.  I picked the pace up at mile 6 and did some faster miles.

6:45  Easy (Just running not part of a tempo or anything)

6:43 Easy (only so much you can say.  Pretty much same as last mile)

6:55 Easy (Mile before going down.  I'm very informative this morning).

5:30 (downhill)  Didn't feel hard and I ran how the legs felt.  I really focused on turn over rate.  The first half I actually took easy, because I could have cranked the gas pedal.

5:48 (mostly flat with a slight downhill).  Not too difficult.  Again just trying to feel a good comfortable pace.

5:57 (flat)  I slowed down then decided to run faster on the last mile.  Who needs a cool-down mile right!

Evening

two 100m's strides.

Gorgeous, Gorgeous morning.  The sun was shiny but at 53 degrees it didn't feel bad.  This morning  I couldn't stand my own sweat for some reason.  I thought maybe I wore the same shirt twice by accident, but that wasn't the case. Maybe my smell sensors are  trying to tell me that it's tired of sweating all the time :-) .

Were planning on going camping Friday night up Mink Creek and enjoying  being out of town.  It's a campground only 10 miles outside Pocatello so I guess were technically in-town up in the hermitville area.

I ran on Hiline Rd (their doing construction here making it a four way lane and it looks real nice)  and turned on Chubbuck Rd. and then  on Bench Rd.  Then I headed back down Olympus Rd. and home.  Totals 11.11 miles in 7:10 in 1:19  did the last few faster (6:48, 6:25, 6:37)

 Evening:

.3 this evening.

Ran 22.6 miles at an overall 6:45 pace in 2:32 on the Pocatello Marathon Course.  The temperature when I started at 5:40am was already 73 degrees, but it never got warmer in fact it got cooler and started to rain.  The run was great and after the run I headed off to work.
