Ran 14.31 miles at an overall 7:14 pace in 1:43:35.  Did the Satterfield hill workout.  Running up each side street getting the 100m hill intervals.  Was very stiff to begin with and it could be from taking almost three days break from running  and doing a lot of driving.

Good hard workout for being the first run back in Idaho.

Ran 13.21 miles at an overall 7:11 pace in 1:34:46.  I ran up by ISU behind Red Hill and then over to the old side of downtown Pocatello.  It was a hilly course and just invented the route as I went.

I've really tested the Mizuno Musha 4 shoes and really like the quick strike it gives you and the bounce of the ground.

Ran out to Highway 30 and down Philbin rd., StoneHedge road and down the new Brookstone subdivison.  Then back to Hawethorne and back to my house.  Very flat course but fun and different.  Legs kind of tired and heavy but I managed to end stronger.

Ran 14.21 miles at an overall 7:16 pace in 1:43:11.

Ran down Jeffereson then out to Chubbuck and down Hiline Rd.  I was sore and just flat out tired.  Really I just felt Lazy after not running any run under 10 miles and probably due to the vacation lag still.  Not enough food or something.  My weight has dropped some.

12.33 miles

Ran the Pocatello Marathon course for 21.41 miles at a 6:51 overall pace in 2:26:32. This was an awesome run on little sleep and the best pace so far for a 20 miler. This was awesome I was in a groove. The temperature was 80 degrees when I finished but I didn't feel hot.

Life has a lot twists two years ago before my accident this would have been a decent easy pace.  Wow God can humble you.
