I've had sort of a setback. I was running and was 100ms from my house on May 26
and all of a sudden had a pain in my groin or titanium rod leg and started limping. From that date on it gets
swollen if I walk on it a lot. I can't even run on it because it's an
extreme pain. I
can do the Arc Trainer (form of an Elliptical) and it doesn't hurt. I've
been doing that for 6 miles a day. I thought (not sure) I might have broke some hardware
inside, but according to the doctor's examination today without taking x-rays it's a groin strain. My Doctor told me several months
ago that he wouldn't be surprised if I didn't end up breaking something inside. He said to try and run a little bit when the pain goes away, but until then stay on the Arc trainer.
Plus I have a cyst on my shoulder that's infected so bad that a nurse couldn't even get it to come done and said I would need to have a Doctor lance it. She tried pressing the infection out even tried using Epsom Salt. It's pretty painful but I guess I've been able to always deal with a lot of pain. It's caused the lymph nodes to swell, and the infection to go around the cyst. At least I've meant my deductible. Plus were sure we blow our head gasket or intake mainfold on our car, because antifreeze was leaking in the oil. I discovered that last week. Then the battery went out on my truck, but the battery was 7 years old. Then the water pump went out of my truck on Saturday. Major expense so I've had a fun month. Right now were down to one vehicle with the other two in the shop
