Did 6 miles at a 8:20 pace in 50:36 minutes with my friend Barry. For the last three weeks I've been averaging 30 miles a week varying
9:06, 8:38, 8:16,8:21, 8:01,7:38 To test the leg over the last 100m we did it in 6:40 pace. It was hard and I'm sure my form wasn't the greatest. I'm running again with soreness and pain but it helps. Now if the blood issue would get better.
