Ran 11.13 miles today at an overall 6:58 pace in 1:17 with Barry at 12 degrees.  I did some faster miles towards the end (6:25, 6:20, 6:15, 6:27).  Barry kept up pretty good.  I was only doing this for him, because my foot is still not 100%.

One thing I do want to thank the Lord for this year is giving me the competitive desire to run when it hurts.  I've always been able to do things in pain and accomplish a task.  I owe that all to God.  He's absolutely wonderful.  My New Year's resolution is to do what he wants for me next year and if running has to sacrifice that's okay.  Guys, it's really been nice knowing you all without the years I've enjoy the time on the blog.

Ran 11.33 miles in the sloppy snow today with Barry.  We took it easy averaging 7:33 pace per mile according to the Garmin..   Very slippery so we made a point to take it slow today.

I'm sore because my wife and I rearrange the house yesterday.  Moving my Polk Audio sound system from the downstairs to the upstairs to our remodel garage family room.  I've been wanting to do this for a while.  I hardly ever go downstairs because that's the girls domain.  I moved two  TV's up and down the stairs plus the entertainment components and entertainment stand.  Also cleaning and throwing away a bunch of junk and stuff we will never use or need.  Found out that my subwoofer died so I might be off today buying a new one.

Also one of my polk audio speaker's was broken sometime ago, because one of the girls knock it off the speaker stand and didn't tell anyone.  I didn't get after them, because it happened sometime ago, and I'm just glad they were honest.  They didn't think it was broken, but they said they knocked it over a couple of times.  It's not attached inside so it just may need to be fused back in place.  I'll open it up and see if I can fix it.  The subwoofer just doesn't get any power so that could be a fuse as well.

Figured I would run longer for the last run of the year.   Since I will be staying up late tonight with the girls watching movies.  Not going anywhere. I want to hear my polk audio sound system upstairs so renting movies and eating cookies with the family sounds good..  Ran 13.12 at an overall 7:12 pace  in 1:34:23 very slippery conditions.   Know need to try anything fast and fall all over the place.

I ran up Olympus Rd and turned off it and ran a few streets uphill close to Satterfield Rd.  I wanted to get the heart rate up a bit and hills will definitely do that.  I wanted to at least in the last mile for the year under a 7 minute pace, and I did so at 6:42.

I'm pondering not doing the blog anymore since I don't have time to really do it as much so if I don't God Bless You all.  You've been wonderful friends and have given good advice for me.  I've enjoyed all the blogging discussions and comments.
