Ran up Satterfield (loop) where it started to snow.  Temperature was 35 degrees.  "O what fun it is to run in a snow filled street", not quite on the street, but snow covered fields.  Ran 12.32 miles at an overall 7 minute pace in 1:26:09.  Ran the last 4 miles faster (6:42, 6:01, 6:23, 6:42), didn't really push it or even look at my garmin the whole time, and I really didn't care.

Home sick with my daughter again.

Hope your daughter gets to feeling better. I am not looking forward to running in the snow.

Jim F - The family sickness is really taking it's toll. This is her third time and this time the doctor said it was the flu. Our whole family has had it. How's your family doing?

Sorry to hear about all of your families sickness. We went through a time like that about a month ago but all are well now. We just got back from a family vacation so trying to get movitivated to get back into the daily routine. We will pray for your family and that you all recover soon.
