This morning it was 43 degrees and gorgeous. Very good morning devotion with my lovely wife as well. I had a rough night last night where I vomited all my dinner and everything. I think it was the birthday party cake and fried food. Anyway, this is the third time I've done this in two months. Somethings not right, and it always seems to be on the weekend, and I always have to run the next day totally depleted from food and everything where I'm feeling that I'm running on fat energy. I ran the Satterfield loop today 13.11 miles at an overall 7:06 pace in1:33. Even though I was tired and depleted I wanted to run a tempo the last three miles. Mile 1: 5:43 (Downhill) not that hard, but I could tell I had no carbs in me. Mile 2: 5:42 (Part Downhill and Part Flat) Again didn't feel too bad. It's weird running on just fat.
Mile 3: 5:46 (Flat) Good mile and didn't feel to tired, but I was getting hot because of the long sleeve shirt I wore. Not bad of a run after a real slow start.
