Went up emigration canyon today from the zoo to where snow stopped me up by the start of the Deseret news marathon.  Lots of climb and lots of drop.  Still tired from yesterday.

Did 6 miles at the oval tonight.  I did a 1 mile warmup. 1*1200 @ 3.49, 1*800@2.30, 1*800@2.33, and 3 miles cooldown. I felt wiped out tonight.

Swam 2x500's, 2x300's Im now waterlogged for the day!

Ran 10 easy miles at a 6:35 pace. Last 3 miles decreased times from 6.20, 6.22, and 6.03. Just stayed ahead of the storm blowing in!

I woke up extremely tired.  I was planning on just swimming this morning, but when I got to the gym the lanes were all taken so I ran on the indoor track for a mile and a half and then decided to do a 10 min. tempo run so I ran on the treadmill and made it to just under 2 miles and then finished off my total of 4 miles on the treadmill. My legs are really tired.

 

I swam 1600 yards tonight at the pool. I did 5x300 yards and 1x100

I swam 800 yards non stop.

I ran a mile warm up and then ran on the treadmill 4.35 miles. I started at 8.5 mph and every mile increased .5 mph until I was at 11 mph to mile 4. Then walked .35 miles on the treadmill.

Ran this morning with the runamoks group.  We did a nice easy run with 6x650's, 6x350's, and 6x150 yard hill sprints, followed by a tempo run. My first 6-650's are 1)1.52.34, 2)1.52.27, 3)1.50.38, 4)1.50.50, 5) 1.48.35, 6)1.48.11.  My 6-350's are 1)1.02.18, 2)101.15, 3)1.00.17, 4)1.00.19, 5)1.00.21, 6)1.00.23.  I only got one of my hill sprint times at 38.25 seconds.  Craig Green and I ran a good tempo run after for close to a mile im guessing as I forgot my gps this morning. It was a great workout and hopefully it will benefit me for Boston.  Thats all I got to say about that.
