I went to bed early and woke up late!  Complete opposite of the "keeps a man healthy wealthy and wise" motto.  8.5 big hours of sleep!  It felt good.

Way to go, Wallyboy! Just what you needed to be super ready for SGM!

From Walter on Wed, Oct 01, 2008 at 10:29:12

Thanks Gal. I thought that I had lost my east coast friends there for a moment!? lol How you feeling? You ready to hit those streets and trails!?

From Lucia on Wed, Oct 01, 2008 at 10:45:10

I'm stressed out about all of you guys running SGM!!! I'm not going to be able to sleep Friday! Hahahaha... I'm doing well, less than a week to go, it's very exciting but also scary. I want to push myself but not get injured. Everyone tells me that even doing a marathon February 15 would be pushing my luck... but I feel stronger than ever!

You on the other hand are going to rock SGM! What's your goal?

From Michelle N. on Wed, Oct 01, 2008 at 12:30:56

So, any running for you today? You should take the day off.

From Walter on Wed, Oct 01, 2008 at 12:44:28

Luce, You should be stressed out about us! I wish they had a setup like Boston where you could follow us in the race. I think with all the cross training youve done you will surprise yourself. I think R&R in Jan. is fine for you if not than do the half.

Michelle, I may have something in me for this evening.

From Michelle N. on Wed, Oct 01, 2008 at 13:11:32

Of coarse you will. The amazing Walter taking a day off, NEVER!:)

From Kelli on Wed, Oct 01, 2008 at 13:38:17

Okay, everyone seems to be taking today off. I shoulda done that!

From walter on Wed, Oct 01, 2008 at 20:47:11

Michelle, maybe I wont now on purpose. lol funny but possibly true.

Kelli, Shoulda woulda coulda! Wow all three of those words weren't on the spell check list! lol Im gonna try coming back after running 26.2 and help Trick into the finish line. I believe she will be around the 3:30 mark. So if your lucky or shes slower than that, then you can join us!

From Kelli on Wed, Oct 01, 2008 at 21:02:01

Oooo, run with Walter in a marathon?? WOW! I think I will be slower, but you can cheer me on 10 minutes or so later!

I like all of my words that do not show up on spell check! It is more interestin'!

From Walter on Wed, Oct 01, 2008 at 22:02:11

Amen Kelli! I dont believe you on 10 min. slower.

From MISTY on Thu, Oct 02, 2008 at 09:27:41

OH YA THATS RIGHT YOU WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR TRICK, HOWEVER THAT SAME TREATMENT WOULDN'T HAPPEN FOR YOUR WIFE. ONLY THE GIRLFRIEND YOU WISH. THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT

From Kelli on Thu, Oct 02, 2008 at 13:14:02

Uh-oh. You better go run in with your wife, too. I believe she has earned it.

From Walter on Thu, Oct 02, 2008 at 23:41:27
